The purple Curly Kale is gorgeuos and I have'nt seen that colour before, telling the kids to 'eat their greens' will become a thing of the past!Peggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16336168195436906219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-732676481099375924.post-78985849416157568992012-10-01T05:42:17.882-07:002012-10-01T05:42:17.882-07:00I just looked back at your photos and your tomatoe...I just looked back at your photos and your tomatoes DO have green ones on the plants. However you have done pretty well to get so many aubergines and courgettes, plants that generally prefer warmer conditions than the UK has experienced this year.<br />I have in the past saved Fennel seeds. You cut off whole flower-heads and put them inside paper bags so that if they fall off you retain them. I dried mine in the airing-cuboard, which seems to work well - slow, steady heat is best and not a very high temperature.Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-732676481099375924.post-37541501598394239402012-10-01T02:32:19.144-07:002012-10-01T02:32:19.144-07:00You're getting a great harvest from your garde...You're getting a great harvest from your garden. She lives in a condo with no yard so she loves the fresh vegetables that I take to work. She asked for some zucchini blossoms that she deep fried. I've never fried them. I love your Kale; the color is amazing. You have such a nice variety of plants that look healthy tastey.annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01668006270534204954noreply@blogger.com
