Spring Snow

Woke up this morning to snow - quite a surprise even though it was forecast (chilly to say the least). What to do...  downloaded PhotoScape & decided to take a few photos of the snow and try to frame a few...
Rhubarb with a halo of ice.
The heather is highland hearty and doesn't mind the cold.
The tulips have drooped depressingly.
The crocus don't mind too much.
And the birds keep warm gorging on peanuts.

  1. Sorry to see the snow. I hope this will be the last of winter weather for you. Your photos today are nice, though.

  2. Very artistic, Kelli. Photoscape will allow you to give your photos a new dimension!
At the risk of sounding smug, we had a really nice Spring day today. Temperature got up to at least 15, and I spent several hours in the garden - sowing peas and Broad Beans etc.
