Autumn Photo Favourites

I wanted to share a few of my favourite Autumn photos. Today was a glorious sunny day in Northern Ireland... after last week's gale force wind and this week's torrential rain. My electricity was off for 20 hours last week and this week I've lost my phone / internet connection due to recent adverse weather conditions.
Here's hoping for a rain-free weekend to get outdoors!
I just love all the leaves this time of year!

This frosted cornflower doesn't quite go with the Autumn colour scheme, however, frost has been a visitor on quite a few mornings! A wintry Autumn for Northern Ireland so far.

    Your "favourite" one is Fab! The light and shade effects are just what I like. I've just been out photographing the Moon!! Couldn't resist it; the Moon had a "halo" round it, so I just had to attempt to capture the effect. The photos didn't come out so well I'm afraid.

    Living in Australia where the only deciduous trees are introduced, I longed to walk through an autumn or winter deciduous forest. Lucky for me, one of my sons moved to the U.S. and I have been able to do both during visits to him. Autumn colour is nature's way of distracting us from the cold weather about to descend!

    The first photo might be my favorite--the colors are great, but then the third one had those lovely tree shadows, and then the fifth one has that fantastic back lighting--they are all nice. There were photos for sale at the art show I was in today, and my! yours are better!!

    Lovely fallen leaves mosaic - and then they all disappear by the winter's end.

    The blue cornflower has a certain shock appeal!
